Annual Members Meeting

Prime Purpose of the AMM is to hold a formal meeting to elect the Gold Cup Inn CBS Management Committee and pass the resolutions.

Chair's report - Looking back on the year and forward regarding priorities.

Secretary's Report - members/shareholders report.

Treasurer's Report - summary of finances.

Resolutions: proposed by Jane Atkinson, seconded by Paul Telfer. To be voted on, not discussed.

Election of New Management Committee.

Roles to be elected: Chair Secretary Treasurer plus two members

The principle is that members vote for nominees to form the committee, the newly formed committee will then decide which newly elected committee member fulfils which role.

Announcement of New Management Committee.

AOB: Must be points raised from the meeting - any new or substantive proposals to be deferred to a future meeting as agreed by the new committee. Alternatively people can leave a message at: https://thegoldcupinn.co.uk/enquiries . These will be picked up and addressed by the new committee.

Nominees need to declare themselves by the 19th October, by either contacting a member of the current committee, emailing committee@thegoldcupinn.co.uk or leaving a message at: https://thegoldcupinn.co.uk/enquiries

Non-members/shareholders can listen but not contribute or vote.

Non-members will be offered the chance to join the CBS as a member-only/non-shareholder on the evening of the AMM, the cost of membership-only is £1.00.
